Tieto podmienky upravujú používanie webu cannabizzd.eu a vernostnej aplikácie CannaBizz'D.

Web a jeho účel

Web slúži na informovanie o predajniach CannaBizz'D, ich ponuke a aktualitách. Web ani aplikácia nepredávajú žiadne produkty online – nákup je možný výlučne osobne v kamenných predajniach.

Vernostný program

Body získavaš za nákupy v predajniach CannaBizz'D v pomere 2 € = 1 bod, po naskenovaní tvojho QR kódu personálom.
Body meníš za zľavu na nákup podľa zverejnenej tabuľky. Kurz je rovnaký pre všetkých zákazníkov.
Úroveň (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum) je status podľa celkovo nazbieraných bodov a odomyká odmeny a akcie.
Body nemajú peňažnú hodnotu, nie sú prevoditeľné ani vymeniteľné za hotovosť.

Účet

Na používanie vernostného programu sa prihlasuješ telefónnym číslom. Jeden účet patrí jednej osobe. Účet môžeš kedykoľvek zmazať v aplikácii.

Vek a legislatíva

Program je určený len osobám starším ako 18 rokov. Všetky produkty predávané v predajniach CannaBizz'D sú legálne v zmysle platnej slovenskej legislatívy a predaj je povolený výlučne osobám starším ako 18 rokov.

Zmeny a ukončenie

Prevádzkovateľ môže program a tieto podmienky primerane upraviť. O podstatných zmenách budeme informovať v aplikácii alebo na webe.

Rozhodné právo

Tieto podmienky sa riadia právnym poriadkom Slovenskej republiky.

These terms govern the use of the cannabizzd.eu website and the CannaBizz'D loyalty app.

Website purpose

The website informs about CannaBizz'D stores, their offering and news. Neither the website nor the app sells any products online – purchases are only possible in person at the physical stores.

Loyalty program

You earn points on purchases at CannaBizz'D stores at 2 € = 1 point, after staff scan your QR code.
You swap points for a purchase discount per the published table. The rate is the same for all customers.
Your tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum) is a status based on total points earned and unlocks rewards and promos.
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Account

You sign in to the loyalty program with your phone number. One account belongs to one person. You can delete your account anytime in the app.

Age & law

The program is for persons over 18 only. All products sold in CannaBizz'D stores are legal under applicable Slovak law and sales are permitted only to persons over 18.

Changes

The operator may reasonably update the program and these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Zweck der Website

Die Website informiert über die CannaBizz'D Filialen, ihr Angebot und Neuigkeiten. Weder Website noch App verkaufen Produkte online – Einkäufe sind nur persönlich in den Filialen möglich.

Treueprogramm

Du sammelst Punkte bei Einkäufen in CannaBizz'D Filialen mit 2 € = 1 Punkt, nach dem Scan deines QR-Codes.
Du tauschst Punkte gemäß veröffentlichter Tabelle gegen einen Rabatt. Der Kurs ist für alle gleich.
Deine Stufe (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum) ist ein Status nach gesammelten Punkten und schaltet Prämien frei.
Punkte haben keinen Geldwert, sind nicht übertragbar und nicht auszahlbar.

Konto

Für das Treueprogramm meldest du dich mit deiner Telefonnummer an. Ein Konto gehört einer Person. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen.

Alter & Recht

Das Programm ist nur für Personen über 18 Jahre. Alle in CannaBizz'D Filialen verkauften Produkte sind nach geltendem slowakischem Recht legal und der Verkauf ist nur an Personen über 18 erlaubt.

Änderungen

Der Betreiber kann das Programm und diese Bedingungen angemessen anpassen. Wesentliche Änderungen werden angekündigt.

Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Slowakischen Republik.
